Welcome to the Organic Store website. These terms of use and all additional policies and conditions (if applicable) on the site provide the conditions we offer you to access and use the site, services and applications, including our mobile phone application (collectively referred to as “services”). You know all the extra policies and conditions from here. Once you have arrived, registered and/or continued to use or access services, you agree to abide by these conditions of use and legal documents with immediate effect. These conditions of use and legal documents are subject to amendment by us at any time. Your continued use of the site after any change has been published means you agree to these terms of use and amended legal documents.
Short guide about our website
The site is an e-commerce platform that allows business users to offer and sell products, as well as companies and individuals to buy a variety of products. We reserve the right to provide new services and to modernize or withdraw any services, at our own discretion without any responsibility.
Registration requirements
You are entitled to register as a buyer or seller and to benefit from services if you have the following eligibility criteria:
  1. For buyers:
    • Be of legal age to be able to buy products in your country of residence.
    • Be able to provide an address in Jordan for product delivery.
  2. For salesmen:
    • That you have a business registered according to your state laws.
    • You have a good commercial license.
    • You can provide proof of authorization for individuals who register on or use the site.
    • Providing identification to the authorized person.
    • Supporting bank statements.
    • Recognizes and agrees that some additional requirements may apply to certain categories of products.
To register on the website, we’ll need to provide some information, and you won’t be registered on the site if the necessary information is not provided to us. We have the right to refuse any registration without giving reasons. We are also entitled to carry out the necessary checks to verify your identity and registration requirements. Once successfully completed, your registration shall continue for an indefinite period subject to the possibility of suspension or cancellation in accordance with section 6 of these conditions of use.
Your obligations
  1. When you use or access services, you agree to:
    • Your responsibility to preserve privacy and restrict access to and use of your account is the password, agreeing to take responsibility for all activities performed in your account name and password.

      • Content or material that is incompatible with domestic law, Islamic law, norms, ethics, values and morals.
      • Content or material that may be promoted or included in gambling.
      • Securities, including stocks, bonds, instruments or any other securities or assets.
      • Living or dead creatures and/or any part of any animal that has been kept or preserved by any industrial or natural means.
      • Any of the weapons.
      • Booze, tobacco products, drugs, influential substances. On the mind, sleeping substances, intoxicants of any kind and medical medications.
      • To your knowledge, substances that are defective, false, damaged, misleading or may cause damage when used normally for the benefit of another user of the site or its health.
      • Non – convertible vouchers.
      • Chemicals.
    2. Publication of material for which you are not entitled to share or include the link.
    3. Publishing counterfeit or stolen material.
    4. Breaking or circumventing the law, breaching any of our rights or regulations or policies or breaching decisions regarding the status of your account.
    5. Use services if you no longer meet eligibility criteria, are unable to enter into legally binding contracts or have your account temporarily or indefinitely suspended.
    6. You don’t pay for the products you bought, unless there’s a legal reason for that in any of our policies.
    7. Not to hand over the products you sold (if applicable), unless there’s a legal reason for your position and it’s stated in any of our policies.
    8. Use the contact information provided to you during the cross – site transaction to try to increase your sales outside the site or through other sites.
    9. Manipulating the price of any of the products.
    10. Interference with other users’ lists.
    11. Take any action that would reduce site assessment and classification systems.
    12. Publish false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or similar content.
    13. Move your account to another party without prior written approval by us.
    14. Publication of unwanted e-mails, e-mails or the like.
    15. Spreading viruses or any other technology that might harm. our services or the interests or property of other employees.
    16. Breach:
      • Laws on copyright, trademark, patent, ethics, advertising, database, and/or any intellectual property rights (collectively referred to as “intellectual property rights”) that relate to us or are licensed to us.
      • Any intellectual property right that relates to others.
    17. Collecting user information without their consent.
    18. Or circumventing any of our technical service delivery procedures.
Liability and compensation
  1. There is nothing in these conditions of use that would limit or exempt the liability of any party for:
    • Fraud, including fraud, by this party.
    • Death or personal injury as a result of the neglect of this party.
    • Any other responsibilities that cannot be limited or waived in accordance with the applicable law.
  2. According to clause 5-1, in any event we, our parent company, our subsidiaries, subsidiaries, our directors and directors, officials, agents, employees, suppliers, sub-contractors or licences – on the basis of a claim, a claim in the contract, damage, negligence, breach of a legal duty or breach of such conditions of employment – shall not be held.     • Comment or any other action we take related to your use of services.
    • The period of time your lists appear in the results of the search or the manner in which they appear.
    • Your need to modify practices, content, behavior, loss or inability to do business as a result of changes in these conditions of use.
  4. Approves our compensation and discharge, including compensation and conclusion of our parent company, subsidiaries and subsidiaries, directors, officials and agents Employees, suppliers, subcontractors and licences of our company or parent company, subsidiaries and subsidiaries to and from any losses, damages and expenses (including legal fees and lawyers’ fees) arising out of:

Without prejudice to any rights or damages or without any liability to you, we have the right to limit, suspend or withdraw your access or use of services or to cancel the request for any products and/or delete the content submitted by you at our own discretion. To avoid doubt, any payments made and received by us in connection with a cancelled product order will be refunded.
Reporting of violation of employment conditions:
We commit ourselves to ensuring that the products and content on the site comply with these conditions of use. If the content received is out of proportion to these terms of use please notify us and we will investigate the matter.
Organic Store subsidiaries and additional services
  1. Organic Online Marketing provides one-person S.T.M.M. and/or its subsidiaries (“Organic Store Affiliates”) with site features and other products and services for you when you use or share as a buyer and/or as a salesman in pain. “Subsidiary” means, in respect of a particular person, any company directly or indirectly controlled, controlled or jointly controlled with that person.
  2. To enhance your experience across the site and with the Organic Store affiliates, you hereby agree that we may create additional services, jobs and/or accounts on your behalf, using the information you provide us on the site.
General provisions
  1. Applicable law: These conditions of employment and any of the relevant non-contractual rights or duties must be subject to the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  2. Conflict resolution: If you have any problems specific to our services please contact us. We will work hard to resolve the problem facing you as soon as possible. Any disputes or disputes are resolved. These conditions of employment, including any relevant non-contractual rights or duties through the courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

  7. Amendments: There shall be no amendment, addition or supplement to these conditions of employment. We reserve the right to make any modification, change, add or complete these conditions of use at any time or from time to time. And we’re going to post the current version of the terms of use on the website and it’s going to be valid. Effect when posted on the site or on time specified by us as “effective date” (if any). Your continued use of services in the event of any changes is your consent to be bound by the amended terms of use.
  8. Separability of items:  If any of the provisions of these conditions of employment are deemed to be repealed by any of the competent courts, unlawful or inapplicable, this clause of employment shall be abolished. The remaining conditions and provisions shall continue in force as long as the legal and economic substance of the transactions under their terms remains in place without any adverse effect on their parties.
  9. Force majeure: No Party shall be liable for the existence of loss, damage, delay or non-performance as a result of acts beyond the control of any of the Parties, whether such action may be expected (such as jurisdiction, fate and actions of the legislative, judicial or regulatory authorities of any of the Government) Federal or local authorities, judicial authorities, actions of any of our subcontractors or of any third party suppliers of goods or services to us, labour unrest, total power outages or economic boycott).
  10. Non-waiver: The waiver of any of the provisions contained in the conditions of employment shall not be regarded as a waiver of any of the other provisions (similar or otherwise), nor shall any other waiver be a continuing waiver of any of the provisions concerned, unless expressly and in writing so provides.
